• For all Sweetheart Gowns bridal gowns, exchanges are permitted, but not refunds
• Restocking fee schedule for Sweetheart Gowns:

1. $35 for wedding gowns
2. $15 for flowergirl dresses

• Restocking fee schedule for T and G Bridal Veils and Gloves:

1. $10 for veils
2. $1 for gloves

• For all Mon Cheri Bridals, Mon Cheri Couture Bridals, Allie Renee, Montage, Rina di Montella and Cameron Blake Dresses and Gowns, exchanges will be permitted, but no refunds
• Restocking fee schedule for Mon Cheri Bridals, Mon Cheri Couture Bridals, Allie Renee, Rina di Montella and Cameron Blake Dresses and Gowns:

1. $60.00

• Please understand that purchases of any dresses from any other manufacturer of Wedding and Bridal Gowns; Mother of the Bride; Special Occasion Dresses; Bridesmaid; Prom & Evening; and Special Made Dresses are final. We regret that we can not permit exchanges or refunds on these items.

• Procedure for returning merchandise (limited, as explained above, to Sweetheart Gowns, T and G Bridal, and Mon Cheri Bridals, Mon Cheri Couture Bridals, Allie Renee, Montage, Rina di Montella, and Cameron Blake) for exchange:

1. Within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, call our office at 800-245-5869 to speak to one of our customer service representatives.
2. Tell them the reason for your return.
