Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed. Our procedures necessitate that this policy be strictly enforced with no exceptions.

For all Sweetheart Gowns bridal gowns, exchanges are permitted, but not refunds.

Restocking fee schedule for Sweetheart Gowns:

• $35 for wedding gowns
• $15 for flowergirl dresses

Restocking fee schedule for all other gowns and dresses:

• $75.00

Restocking fee schedule for T and G Bridal Veils and Gloves:

• $10 for veils
• $1 for gloves

Please understand that purchases of any dresses from any Special Made Dresses are final. We regret that we can not permit exchanges or refunds on these items.

Procedure for returning merchandise (limited, as explained above, to Sweetheart Gowns, T and G Bridal, and Mon Cheri Bridals, Mon Cheri Couture Bridals, Allie Renee, Montage, Rina di Montella, and Cameron Blake) for exchange:

Within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, call our office at 800-245-5869 to speak to one of our customer service representatives. Tell them the reason for your return.
